The total investment of the recommended project construction is 7.1 billion yuan. It is planned to start in 2022 and complete in 2025, with a construction period of 3 years.

The Baishan-Linjiang Expressway project is a new high-speed connection line between Hegang and Dalian Expressway planned in the "National Comprehensive Three-dimensional Transportation Network Planning Outline (2021-2050)".
