It has officially entered the track laying construction stage, and strives to have the conditions for opening and operation by the end of 2022.
The last long-track train loaded with 1,694 tons of steel rails traveled from the Wuhubei Welding Track Base of China Railway Shanghai Bureau Group Corporation to the Huangshan North Long-track Storage Base 250 kilometers away. So far, about 22,865 The rail supply work of the ton-long rail has been completed.
According to reports, since October 2021, the rails required for this high-speed rail have been divided into 15 special long rail trains, which will be transported from the Wuhu Hubei base, and all of them will arrive at the construction site in 8 months, laying tracks for the entire Changjing-Huangshan high-speed rail line. Created conditions and provided material guarantees for accelerating the construction of the project.
All the long rails required for the construction of the Anhui section of the Changjinghuang high-speed railway are welded and produced by the Wuhubei Welding Base of China Railway Shanghai Bureau Group Company. Ensure that 14 process technical standards such as flash welding, heat treatment and fine grinding are implemented in place, so that all parameters of the rail welding head meet the design requirements.
"Changjinghuang high-speed rail long rails are welded by 60N profile rails each with a length of 100 meters. This new type of rail has a better fit with the wheelset of the locomotive, and has a longer service life. After the line is opened, the motor vehicle is safe to run. , higher stability and comfort." Changjing Huang high-speed railway
The Nanchang-Jingdezhen-Huangshan high-speed railway is a regional connection line of high-speed railway based on the eight vertical and eight horizontal main channels in the national medium and long-term railway network planning. It is an important channel connecting Jiangxi and Anhui provinces. At present, the project in front of the station has been basically completed, all 40 tunnels have been connected, and the track-laying construction stage has been successfully transferred. After the track laying is completed, static acceptance, dynamic acceptance, trial operation test, preliminary acceptance and safety assessment will be carried out.
In order to ensure the smooth progress of the track laying construction, the railway department has invested the domestic advanced ballast and non-ballast track laying integrated track laying unit on site. Quickly complete the track laying operation combining the section line and the station line, greatly improve the efficiency of the track laying operation, and strive to complete the track laying construction task in August 2022.
