The construction project of Weifang Suqian high-speed railway in Luozhuang section of Linyi City, Shandong Province has made significant progress. On July 17, 2025, the bidding results for the newly added "three electricity" and pipeline relocation projects of the project were officially announced, and the consortium of China Railway 23rd Bureau Group successfully won the EPC general contracting section. This bidding is divided into two sections, with a total amount of approximately 23.4573 million yuan. One section of the EPC general contracting is led by China Railway 23rd Bureau Group First Engineering Co., Ltd., jointly awarded by China Railway 23rd Bureau Group Shandong Yimeng Engineering Construction Co., Ltd. and China Railway Fifth Survey and Design Institute Group Co., Ltd., with a bid amount of 23.289354 million yuan. The supervision service for the second section was awarded to Linyi Construction Engineering Supervision Consulting Co., Ltd. with a bid amount of 167992 yuan.
The project is located in Luozhuang District, Linyi City, Shandong Province, with a total investment of about 24 million yuan. The main construction contents include: 3 natural gas physical protection projects with a total length of about 161.6 meters; Four power line relocation projects involving two voltage levels of 220KV and 35KV; Related renovation and supporting projects such as house demolition, land acquisition, land borrowing, and compensation for young crops.
The work content of the EPC general contracting section includes survey and design, equipment and material procurement, and the entire construction process, with a planned construction period of 255 calendar days. The supervision service section will be fully involved in all stages of the project construction until the completion and acceptance of the project, and the warranty period expires. The implementation of this project will effectively ensure the smooth construction of the Luozhuang section of the Weifang Suqian high-speed railway, which is of great significance for improving the layout of China's high-speed railway network and promoting the economic and social development of the southern Shandong region.
