On January 6, 2023, the world's largest sectional combined rectangular shield pipe jacking machine "China Railway 1179" jointly developed by Shenzhen Metro Group, Shenzhen Municipal Academy, the 11th Hydropower Bureau, Shenzhen University and CREG was launched at the China Railway Equipment National TBM Industrialization Center. The equipment will be used in the construction of Shasan Station, Phase II of Shenzhen Metro Line 12, which has revolutionary significance in promoting the innovation of construction methods of subway stations.Editor/Ma Xue
