Since the regime change in Afghanistan, the interim government has begun to seek external cooperation in various aspects. Recently, Aziz, the acting Minister of Commerce of the interim government of Afghanistan, stated that the interim government of Afghanistan has set up a consortium including enterprises from Russia, Iran and Pakistan, and intends to formulate an investment plan, focusing on power, mining and infrastructure.

Aziz revealed that the consortium includes 14 Afghan businessmen. These companies will send representatives to Kabul to inspect projects worth up to 1 billion US dollars.
