Among them, the investment target for expressways is 112 billion yuan, the investment target for ordinary trunk roads is 18 billion yuan, the investment target for rural roads is 14.5 billion yuan, the investment target for inland waterway transportation is 4 billion yuan, and the investment target for hub stations is 1.5 billion yuan. The system investment target is 500 million yuan. In terms of continuing to promote the expressway 13445 project, accelerate the preliminary work of the project, strengthen the guarantee of elements, and strive for the Neihuang-Linzhou Expressway, Minquan-Dangshan Expressway, Huijuan Expressway from Puyang to Yulu Provincial Border, Weishi-Linying Expressway, and Yangxin Expressway Five projects with a length of 251 kilometers, including the second phase of the section from the Shangcheng to the border between Henan and Hubei, will start construction within this year.
