The Huangtong-Baise Railway is located in Anshun City, Liupanshui City, Qianxinan Prefecture and Baise City in Guangxi Province in the southwest of Guizhou Province. The Guizhou section of the Huangtong-Baise Railway is drawn from the Guiyang end of the Huangtong Station of the Shanghai-Kunming Railway. After passing through the Shanghai-Kunming High-speed Railway in the south, Zhenning Station is set up near Ketian Village on the west side of Zhenning County. The construction standard is a newly built single-track electrified railway according to the National Railway Class I, and the design speed is 160 km/h.
