The project is located in the northern mountainous area of Wudu District, Longnan City. The altitude in the area is 2500-2880m. The climate in the area is changeable, the temperature is 10℃ all year round, and the road is muddy. The expert team carried a medium-sized drone on foot for 16 kilometers and entered the site of the booster station. , using drones to survey and map the terrain and scope of the three booster stations.

Combined with the overall planning of new energy access design in the "14th Five-Year Plan" period of Longnan City, after on-site consultation, the station site #2 was selected from the perspectives of construction difficulty, site selection area, and investment.
