It is reported that the main line of the expansion and reconstruction project of the Qingshuiyi to Zhonghe section of the G30 Lianhuo Expressway is 66.812km, and the Shichuan Interconnecting Line is 57.13km (using 20.51km under construction). The total investment is estimated to be 15.915 billion yuan, and the government and social capital cooperation (PPP) model will be used for financing construction.

The main line is the expressway and the Shichuan Interconnecting Line is the secondary road. The construction site is located in Yuzhong County, Gaolan County, Lanzhou City, Baiyin District, Baiyin City. The nature of the construction is new construction, in which part of the Shichuan connection line uses the project under construction.

The start of construction of the project can increase employment opportunities for neighboring residents and enhance the vitality of surrounding industries. After the completion, it will be important for decomposing the traffic pressure of the Lianhuo Expressway and the Qinglan Expressway in the Lanzhou transit section, speeding up the construction of the national and Gansu highways, and networking with the Lanzhou Expressway around the city, and improving the Lianhuo Expressway as a convenient transit route for Lanzhou significance.
