Recently, the West Africa Regional Management Center won the bid for the border road project from Sandinieri to Tanaff in Senegal to Guinea-Bissau, which is the first bid project of China Harbor in the field of road bridge in Senegal. The 17-month project by the Senegese Highways Authority involves the construction of a 26.4-kilometre asphalt road linking the Sandinieri and Tanaff regions to the border with Guinea-Bissau.

After the completion of the project, it will significantly promote the connectivity between Senegal and Guinea-Bissau, continue to increase personnel and trade exchanges, and inject new impetus into the economic development of Senegal's southern border region. This project is the first winning project of China Harbor in the field of Senegal Road Bridge, and it is also a vivid practice of the West African Regional Management Center to implement the concept of "pricing is management" and flexibly use three types of playing methods. The successful bid further consolidated the competitive advantage of China Harbor in the field of "large transportation" and provided strong support for China Harbor's operation in the Senegalese market. In the next step, the West Africa Regional Management Center will firmly implement the "triple and two big" business strategy of China Harbor, expand and strengthen the core main business such as ports, roads and Bridges, actively explore key country markets such as Senegal, and strive to create new growth points for regional marketing, and create more opportunities for deep exploration of "big transportation" and "big city" markets.
