On January 30, 2024, Suzhou Tianluguang Technology Co., Ltd. and Xingyue Smart Medical Project started construction in Huangdai Town, Xiangcheng District and Yangchenghu Town, Resort, respectively. Both projects quickly obtained construction permits after obtaining real estate certificates, demonstrating the efficient speed of project construction approval in Xiangcheng District.

Tianlu Technology is a manufacturing enterprise with strong capabilities in the field of photoconductive panels. It was successfully listed on the Growth Enterprise Market of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in August 2021. The optical panel production line project that has started construction this time is a specific application of the high light efficiency microstructure technology independently developed by Tianlu Technology. This project aims to solve the current problems of high development costs, long cycles, and low production capacity of mainstream ultra-thin light guide plates, bringing revolutionary changes to the industry. After the project is completed, it will have an industrial factory with a capacity of about 80000 square meters. After full production, it is expected that the annual production of microstructure boards will be nearly 30000 tons, with an annual output value of about 1.5 billion yuan.

At the same time, the Xingyue Smart Medical Project also started construction on the same day. Since its establishment in 2017, Tianxing Medical has successfully ranked among the top enterprises in the industry with its outstanding technical strength and innovative spirit. With its strong industrial foundation, strong innovation momentum, superior business environment, and extremely high efficiency, Xiangcheng District has provided solid support for the landing and development of Tianxing Medical related projects. The Xingyue Smart Medical Project covers an area of 16.08 acres, with a total investment of 134 million yuan. It will build a new 25000 square meter factory and office building. The project will focus on the research and development of active devices, implanted instruments, power capability platforms, etc., providing comprehensive solutions for various sports medicine surgeries. It is expected that after reaching production, the project will achieve an annual output value of 500 million yuan, with an annual production of 976000 implant consumables and 68000 surgical tools.

The commencement of construction of these two projects not only reflects the determination and ability of Xiangcheng District to promote industrial development and optimize the business environment, but also foreshadows the enormous potential and prospects of Xiangcheng District in the fields of optoelectronic panels and smart healthcare in the future.
