Xia Jian, head of the overall design of Jakarta-Bandung high-speed railway of China Railway Design Group Co., LTD., shared the successful experience of this project at the 2023 annual ceremony of "Gold New Brand". He stressed that the completion of the Jakarta-Bandung high-speed rail has greatly narrowed the distance between Indonesia's major cities, which used to be more than three hours by car now only takes about 40 minutes to reach. This speed leap not only provides unprecedented transportation convenience for the Indonesian people, but also injects a strong impetus into Indonesia's economic development.

The opening of the Jakarta-Bandung high-speed railway has also created many job opportunities and economic growth points for Indonesia. With the operation of the railway, business activities along the route are increasingly prosperous, providing more job opportunities for local residents.
