Recently, the globally renowned construction machinery manufacturer, Doosan Bobcat, held a grand unveiling ceremony for its first hydrogen fuel cell forklift at its Incheon factory in South Korea. This new forklift not only represents a significant breakthrough for Doushan Mountain Cat in the field of green logistics technology, but also symbolizes the company's firm commitment to sustainable development in the future.

This 3-ton hydrogen fuel cell forklift is equipped with a 20 kW high-efficiency fuel cell, which has attracted widespread attention in the industry for its excellent performance and environmental characteristics. As the first commercially delivered hydrogen fuel cell forklift, it will be delivered to the Ulsan Refinery of the South Korean Zinc Industry Group, providing this large enterprise with an efficient and clean material handling solution.

In order to verify the reliability and commercialization potential of hydrogen fuel cell forklifts, Doosan Bobcat actively participated in the pilot project of the South Korean Ministry of Trade, Industry, and Energy. Through close cooperation with multiple enterprises and local governments, Bobcat is continuously exploring the possibilities and expansion space of hydrogen fuel cell forklifts in various application scenarios.

Looking ahead to the future, Doushan Bobcat plans to further expand the production scale of hydrogen fuel cell forklifts in the coming years. It is expected that by 2024, the company will deliver 30 hydrogen fuel forklifts to meet the growing market demand. In addition, the company is also developing a 3-ton model equipped with a 10 kW fuel cell, and plans to launch 2-ton and 5-ton hydrogen fuel cell forklifts in the future to enrich its product line and meet the needs of different customers.

It is worth mentioning that the Doushan Bobcat is not satisfied with promoting hydrogen fuel technology only in the field of forklifts. The company also plans to apply hydrogen power technology to more engineering machinery products, such as slide loaders, to achieve a green transformation of the entire product line. This strategic initiative not only helps to enhance the competitiveness of Doushan Bobcat in the global market, but also injects strong momentum into promoting the green development of the entire industry.
