Recently, at the Kangping 300MW wind power project site of Liaoning Energy Holding Group, the Zoomlion ZAT18000H all terrain crane successfully completed the lifting task of the wind turbine nacelle, and the subsequent lifting of the wind turbine hub and blades will be carried out.

In early spring, it's warm at first and then cold. The strong winds that had been blowing for several days gradually weakened, finally ushering in the window period for hoisting. With the cooperation of all staff, the engine room and auxiliary components weighing 130 tons were lifted off the ground by the ZAT18000H all terrain crane and lifted into high altitude. The operator methodically completed the lifting, luffing, turning and other operations. After more than 20 minutes, the cabin detached from the grappling hook and stopped steadily at the top of the tower, which was more than 110 meters above the ground.

It is reported that due to strong winds, the lifting task of the F06 wind turbine nacelle was prepared for several days but the timing of lifting was not achieved. It was not until this window period with weak winds that the lifting of the nacelle was completed.

Introduction from the relevant person in charge of the on-site project: In the past February, we have exceeded the planned task target and installed more wind turbines. It is expected that the installed capacity will steadily exceed expectations by the end of March, and the project will have a good start in the first quarter. Zoomlion Heavy Industry Crane will continue to fight on the construction front line, escorting the progress of project construction.

The Kangping 300000 kilowatt wind power project will install a total of 75 wind turbines with a single unit capacity of 4 megawatts. Currently, 48 wind turbines have been lifted, of which 37 have been connected to the grid for power generation. After the project is fully put into operation, it is expected to generate approximately 920 million kilowatt hours of electricity annually, pay taxes of about 50 million yuan, and reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 790000 tons.
