On March 6, a piece of good news came that the 35 kV transmission line transformation project in the Huangbai River basin of Yichang, Hubei Province was officially approved, marking the upcoming start of this important project.

The approval of the renovation project aims to eliminate safety risks, reduce transmission losses, and improve the reliability of power generation and Internet access, providing a more stable and efficient guarantee for local power supply. The project unit is the Huangbai River Basin Management Bureau of Yichang City, which will shoulder this important task to ensure the smooth implementation of the project.

It is reported that the construction site of the renovation project is located in Yiling District and Yuan 'an County. These two areas are an important part of Yichang City, and the power supply is of great significance to the local economic and social development. Therefore, the implementation of this renovation project will not only improve the reliability of power supply, but also inject new impetus into the local economic and social development.

In terms of the construction scale of the project, the project will optimize the path and in-situ transformation of four 35 kV transmission lines. The four lines are Tiantian Line, Tiantang Line, Shangtang Line and Tangxi Line, with a total length of 39.5 kilometers. At the same time, it will also transform the 35 kV Tangya switch station, which is the collection of four transmission lines. The transformation includes 3 groups of 35 kV switch interval. After the transformation is completed, the switch station will adopt the unmanned mode to improve the operation efficiency and management level.

The total investment of this renovation project is 31 million yuan, which fully demonstrates the importance and investment of Yichang Municipal government for the construction of electric power infrastructure.
