Recently, in the Xugong mining machinery industry base, 200 Xugong excavators wearing dazzling gold armor, neatly lined up, ready to be sent to Southeast Asia. This batch of equipment will shoulder an important mission and be used in the construction of major projects along the Belt and Road, such as Malaysia.

The excavators sent to Southeast Asia cover a number of models ranging from 13 to 55 tons. These equipment not only inherits the high quality, excellent performance and safety reliability of Xugong excavators, but also targets the special geographical and climatic conditions such as mountainous, humid, strong sea wind and hot climate in Southeast Asia. In-depth localization of product dynamics, equipment performance and driving operations was carried out. Through these customized optimization, Xugong excavator has achieved remarkable results in improving customer convenience, durability and comfort, and has won wide recognition and praise from customers.

Taking the XE215C excavator as an example, the wear resistance of its bucket has been significantly improved compared to the previous generation of products, up to 10%, which makes it more convenient in complex terrain operations such as mountains, and can cope with more stringent operating environments. At the same time, the radiator and air conditioning system of the excavator have been comprehensively upgraded to achieve greater air volume, lower noise and better cooling effect, and can maintain excellent performance even in high temperature environments, greatly improving the operator's comfort experience. In addition, the XE215C excavator is equipped with an electrical system that is more in line with the needs of the local tropical Marine climate, ensuring stable operation in a variety of harsh weather conditions.

In recent years, Xugong has always adhered to the goal of high-quality development, constantly made efforts in countries along the Belt and Road, and actively accelerated the layout of overseas markets, thus further enhancing the international competitiveness of "China's intelligent manufacturing" enterprises.
