On April 3, 2024, China Tianying issued the "Announcement on the Signing of Investment Cooperation Agreement with Anda Municipal People's Government on the Wind Energy Hydrogen Storage ammonia Alcohol Integration Project".

The announcement said that Anda Tianying New Energy Co., LTD., a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Tianying, signed an investment cooperation agreement with the Anda municipal government of Heilongjiang Province on the integration project of scenery hydrogen storage ammonia alcohol, with a total investment amount of about 16.95 billion yuan.

The installed capacity of new energy of the project is 1.8GW, including 1.4GW of wind power (including 0.4GW of new wind power online), 0.4GW of photovoltaic power generation, and 140MW/280MWh of integrated energy storage such as gravity energy storage. The scale of green hydrogen plant is 100,000 tons/year, the scale of ammonia plant is 38,000 tons/year, and the scale of methanol plant is 620,000 tons/year.

China Tianying said that this cooperation is in line with the company's "environmental protection + new energy" dual-engine driven development strategy, the signing of this agreement has no impact on the company's income in the short term, but in the future, the company's new energy business development and business performance will have a positive impact in the long term. In addition to a small amount of investment by the company, the project will also introduce funds from various ways such as insurance funds and industrial funds to scientifically plan the project investment and construction progress.
