Norway is one of the richest countries in the world with strong advantages in financing, technology and design, while China has a complete industrial system and a full range of manufacturing industries. The two sides complement each other and enjoy smooth cooperation in economic and trade fields. China and Norway have deepened cooperation in Marine engineering, shipbuilding, green finance, offshore wind power and hydrogen energy. This year marks the 70th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic ties between China and Norway. The China-Norway Association for Maritime Affairs hopes to take this opportunity to further implement the important consensus reached by the two heads of state, actively promote mutually beneficial cooperation and establish close relations with your Embassy. We will give full play to the advantages of the forum, explore new opportunities and converging points, expand investment and economic cooperation between the two countries in multiple ways, and help more Chinese enterprises to develop their business in Norway.

Since the establishment of diplomatic ties 70 years ago, bilateral relations have become more mature. We hope that Norwegian and Chinese enterprises will seize the opportunities, strive to turn development potential into development strength and open up broader markets.
