The International Economic Cooperation Bureau of the Ministry of Commerce has officially entrusted the implementation of the aid to Chad water supply project to Jiangxi International. This project is a large-scale project carried out under the EPC general contracting mode, covering various construction contents. It will carry out a series of water resource exploration work in the Nubia sandstone area of Chad, including conducting a detailed hydrogeological survey of a designated 2000 square kilometer area, constructing 20 exploration and extraction wells, and conducting pumping test observations of exploration and extraction holes to comprehensively evaluate the water resource potential of the area.

In addition, the project will also build 160 hand pressure wells in the Salamat district to meet the daily water needs of local residents. At the same time, it is planned to build 38 small and medium-sized water supply stations to enhance the water supply capacity of the region. In addition, 35 new rural wells will be built and 13 rural wells will be renovated to ensure water supply security in rural areas.
