On April 17, 2024, the opening ceremony of the Lixian Photovoltaic Module Intelligent Manufacturing Factory Project was grandly held in Shibei Village, Chengguan Town, Lixian County, Longnan City, Gansu Province.

The total investment of the project is 1.26 billion yuan, invested by Shaanxi Nuocheng Aohua Photovoltaic Technology Co., Ltd., a new energy enterprise focusing on the sales, manufacturing, leasing and technical services of photovoltaic equipment and components. The project is located in Shibei Village, Chengguan Town, Li County. The construction content includes production plants, production lines, offices and employee living areas. It is expected that after completion and reaching capacity, it will be able to produce 5GW of photovoltaic modules annually.

With the implementation of the project, it is expected that the annual sales revenue will reach 1.8 billion yuan, the annual comprehensive tax revenue will reach more than 25 million yuan, and it will also provide more than 200 jobs, which is of great significance to promoting local industrial development and economic development. As an investment attraction project, the project will further promote the layout and development of Li County in the field of new energy, help achieve the goal of strong industrial action, and accelerate the pace of high-quality development.
