The two sides conducted in-depth exchanges on strengthening cooperation in the field of infrastructure, and witnessed the signing of the Noqui River transport terminal project in Angola. The owner of the project is the Angolan Ministry of Communications, the main content is to dismantle the existing old terminal and build a new container yard, bulk cargo yard, maintenance area and management building, the project covers a total area of about 20,000 square meters, the project will further open up the north of Angola water transport line, to achieve the north of Angola sea transport and river transport interoperability.
