As the company's first 500 kV power transmission and transformation project this year, the project started construction in accordance with the law in only 3 months after the preliminary design was approved, setting a new record for the preliminary work of the 500 kV project in the province.

The Lesheng 500 kV power transmission and transformation project is not only an important part of the country's first batch of Shagehuang base projects, but also a key new energy delivery supporting project for the State Grid Co., Ltd.'s large-scale wind and solar base grid-connected project. The total investment of the project reaches 439 million yuan, and the overall construction period is set to be 17 months. It is expected to be fully completed and put into production on September 30, 2025. The completion of this project will greatly meet the growing demand for new energy grid connection and external transmission in Baicheng Da'an area, provide strong support for the grid structure of the western Jilin Province power grid, and inject strong support into Jilin Province's onshore scenic Three Gorges project. development motivation.

The project covers two major single projects: the construction of the Lesheng 500 kV substation and the construction of the Lesheng 500 kV line from Tianshui to Songyuan. The new substation project will include the construction of two 1,200 MVA main transformers, four 500 kV outgoing lines connected to Tianshui substation and Songyuan substation, and eight 220 kV outgoing lines. At the same time, 11 new buildings including the main control building and relay room will be built, with a total construction area of 2234.54 square meters, and the total land area of the entire station is 7.442 hectares. The line project involves the construction of four new double-circuit 500 kV overhead transmission lines on the same tower, including the construction and dismantling of towers. The total length is 1.3 kilometers. The conductors use advanced JL3/G1A-630/45 steel core aluminum stranded wires.

In 2024, State Grid Jilin Electric Power will fully rely on Jilin's natural and location advantages to fully promote the construction of a four-horizontal and four-vertical 500-kilovolt power grid, aiming to strengthen the mutual assistance capabilities of the power grid and the efficiency of new energy collection.
