Recently, the 500,000 kW wind power hydrogen production and green methanol integration project of Inner Mongolia Huadian Keyou Front Banner was successfully filed, marking that this new energy project has officially entered the implementation stage.

Planned construction period: November 2024 to June 2025

Construction scale and contents: The methanol part covers an area of 297.82 mu, the hydrogen production scale of electrolytic water is 54000Nm³/h, the hydrogen storage scale is 52000m³ (1.5Mpa), the 220kV line from the wind farm to the hydrogen production station and the supporting 200,000 tons/year methanol synthesis and rectification equipment.

The approval of the project will also bring new growth points to the local economy. The construction and operation of the project will create a large number of jobs and increase the income level of local residents.
