Recently, with the successful completion of pouring of the last piece of beam-slab concrete, the fourth bid section of the reconstruction and expansion project of the Jinan-Heze section of the Ji-Guang Expressway, contracted by the China Construction Eighth Engineering Bureau, completed all prefabricated beam production tasks. As a comprehensive station along the entire line, it is responsible for the supply of 2,063 prefabricated beam slabs, 15,800 tons of steel bar processing, 184,000 cubic meters of concrete supply, and 620,000 tons of water-stabilizing materials in the four bidding sections. During the beam manufacturing process, since each span of the interchange overpass box girder has different lengths and angles, there are many types of beam and plate spans, complex structural forms, and difficult construction organization. The project customized a special plug template to achieve precise control of corners and lengths, and a detachable steel pedestal was used to adjust the beam length. During the production process, technicians laid out the lines accurately, monitored the construction quality and process connection throughout the entire process, accurately controlled the angle and length of the beam and plate prefabrication, and realized the refined and standardized construction of the beam and plate prefabrication, creating a combination of "standardization, intelligence, and "Integrated" into one high-quality comprehensive station model.

At the same time, the project department reversed the construction schedule, planned construction, and overcame problems such as road maintenance and cross construction. By optimizing the construction process and reducing machinery transfers, the single-day water-stabilized paving volume exceeded 6,000 tons, and the Pingyin South Interchange asphalt was completed in 2 days. Paving, 180,000 square meters of road bed construction was completed in 50 days, exceeding the "acceleration" of project construction.

It is reported that the reconstruction and expansion project of the Jinan to Heze section of the Jinan-Guangzhou Expressway has a total length of 152.7 kilometers. It is a "four-to-eight" expansion of the existing highway, with a design speed of 120 kilometers per hour. Among them, the fourth bid section undertaken by China Construction Eighth Engineering Group Co., Ltd. has a total length of 19.16 kilometers.
