In the warm spring sun, the eyes of the world are once again focused on the meeting point of Eurasia. When the call for peace and development is echoed around the world, China, as a responsible major country, always upholds the concept of win-win cooperation and actively promotes friendly exchanges and practical cooperation with other countries.  This visit not only symbolizes the profound friendship between China and Serbia, but also heralds closer cooperation between the two countries in the future.

Serbia, a country in Central and Eastern Europe, has established a solid strategic partnership with China since 2009, becoming the first country in the region to move forward hand in hand with China. This landmark decision has laid a solid foundation for cooperation between the two countries and injected new vitality into the economic development of Serbia.

Under the framework of the Belt and Road Initiative, the cooperation between the governments and enterprises of China and Serbia has become increasingly close. China has actively promoted the construction of Serbia's transport infrastructure and helped Serbia build a better transport network. Such cooperation not only improves Serbia's domestic transportation capacity, but also provides strong support for its connectivity with neighboring countries.

Serbia's E763 highway, as the first infrastructure project under the framework of China-CEEC cooperation, is undoubtedly an outstanding representative of the cooperation between the two countries. The construction of this highway not only demonstrates the professional competence and efficient execution of Chinese enterprises, but also demonstrates the firm belief of China and Serbia in win-win cooperation. Its completion has not only greatly improved the traffic situation in Serbia, but also promoted the prosperity and development of Serbia and neighboring countries and regions.

During the construction of the E763 expressway, Chinese enterprises have continuously made technological breakthroughs and overcome various difficulties and challenges. With their rich experience and superb technology, they ensured the smooth progress of the project and made an important contribution to the development of Serbia and the entire Central and Eastern European region.

 The two countries will carry out more in-depth cooperation in various fields such as transportation, energy and communications to jointly promote the prosperity and development of Serbia and the surrounding region. At the same time, this cooperation will also bring more benefits and opportunities to the people of the two countries, so that the fruits of the Belt and Road Initiative will benefit more people.
