They also signed a cooperation framework agreement with Xi'an Herong New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. and the People's Government of Tongyu County, Jilin Province, planning to invest in the construction of a 500MW wind power generation project and a new energy storage and supercapacitor industry project in Tongyu County in the future.

According to the cooperation framework agreement, Huarui Wind Power and Herong New Energy will participate in the future construction of clean energy industries such as wind power in Tongyu County, including investing in a 500MW wind power generation project and a new energy storage and supercapacitor industry project locally. Among them, the construction period of the 500MW wind power project is 24 months; The construction period of the new energy storage and supercapacitor industry project is 18 months, with an expected planned land area of 25 acres. After completion, it will produce 4 million types of supercapacitor products and 110 sets of energy storage power supply system products annually. To support the accelerated implementation of enterprise investment projects, the People's Government of Tongyu County will provide assistance in project site selection, policy support, and other aspects.

As a "wind outlet" in the western part of Jilin Province, Tongyu County in Baicheng City has an average annual wind speed of 7.38 meters per second at a height of 65 meters above ground level, with an annual effective wind speed of over 7000 hours. There is huge potential for wind power development. Over the years, it has attracted numerous domestic and foreign wind power enterprises to come here for construction and development, and has formed an industrial cluster around "wind" resources. Today, it is the only city in China that integrates the entire wind power industry chain, including wind turbine blades, towers, engine casings, motors, fasteners, etc., for "one-stop procurement". At present, the installed capacity of the wind power project in Tongyu County has reached 4.4 million kilowatts.

With the deepening of the "dual carbon" strategy, Huarui Wind Power will continue to make efforts to promote the development of Jilin's wind power industry.
