On May 16, 2024, the Laize Fujian-Taiwan Integrated Logistics Park project under the Laize Group held a grand opening ceremony in the Jinjing area of Pingtan Comprehensive Experimental Zone, Fujian. This landmark project marks another major strategic layout of Leizer Group in the field of logistics.

The Laize Fujian-Taiwan Integrated Logistics Park project is undertaken by Fujian Laize Integrated Logistics Park Co., Ltd. with a total investment of 426.3253 million yuan. The project covers an area of 94,738 square meters, with a total construction area of 123,558.03 square meters. It has a floor area ratio of 1.76, a green space ratio of 10%, and a building density as high as 51.4%. The park has complete facilities and will be equipped with a series of modern logistics facilities such as express delivery distribution center, cross-border e-commerce customs supervision warehouse, Taiwan e-commerce logistics incubation center, export consolidation warehouse, bonded warehouse and Taiwan exchange center.

Since its establishment in the Pingtan Comprehensive Experimental Zone in 2019, Laize Group has rapidly developed into a comprehensive logistics supply chain service group with its registered capital of 50 million yuan. The company's main business covers Taiwan's consumer goods import and marketing, agricultural and fishery product import, cross-border e-commerce import and export, maritime express import and export, shipping logistics, modern agricultural industry development, online freight, feed processing, customs supervision warehouse, and agency customs declaration.
