On May 20, 2024, the handover ceremony of the Laos Postal and Telecommunications Technology Institute project was grandly held in Vientiane, Laos. Laos thanked China for its valuable assistance, and said that the successful completion of the project demonstrated the deep friendship between the Chinese party, government and people and the Lao party, government and people. The project of Assisting Laos Institute of Posts and Telecommunications Technology is one of the ten schools that I have assisted in Laos.
