In Ashgabat, the capital of Turkmenistan, a modern education city covering 26 hectares is emerging. The new building complex of Saitnaj al Saidi National Pedagogical Institute has undergone years of careful construction, and now the main project has been fully completed. The workers are busy with the final sprint of interior decoration, and the sound of knocking on the wall tiles seems to be playing a prelude to the upcoming school opening ceremony. This campus, which carries the hope of Turkmenistan's future education, is not only a pile of bricks and cement, but also a fusion of knowledge and technology. It will welcome its first batch of owners on September 1st, Turkmenistan's "Knowledge and Youth Student Day".

This new campus can be called a fully functional 'micro city'. The plan includes comprehensive facilities such as administrative teaching buildings, departmental teaching buildings, teacher apartments, student dormitories, restaurants, libraries, sports fields, and parking lots. Among them, the administrative teaching building is equipped with two different sized auditoriums, 700 and 200, which are sufficient to meet the needs of large-scale academic conferences and daily teaching. The five dormitory buildings will solve the accommodation problem for 2000 students, while the 1000 seat restaurant and 700 seat library provide a high-quality living and learning environment for teachers and students. In addition, sports facilities include a 500 seat sports stadium, a sports center, and three sports fields, fully ensuring students' physical exercise needs.

In addition to hardware facilities, the "soft power" of the new campus is also noteworthy. In the near future, the campus will install advanced technology and equipment imported from China, the United States, Britain, Japan, Germany, Italy, Türkiye and other countries. This measure not only reflects Turkmenistan's determination to open up to the outside world in the field of education, but also highlights the competitiveness of Chinese manufacturing in the international market. Especially the introduction of Chinese technology and equipment will bring cutting-edge teaching methods and management experience to Turkmenistan's universities, helping to improve their level of educational modernization.
The unveiling ceremony of the new building complex is scheduled for September 1st, which coincides with Turkmenistan's "Knowledge and Youth Student Day", giving this opening ceremony a deeper significance. This is not only a celebration of the relocation of a university, but also a symbol of Turkmenistan's emphasis on education and the cultivation of young talents. The use of the new campus will greatly improve the school running conditions of the school, lay a solid foundation for Turkmenistan to cultivate more high-quality professionals, and also reflect the achievements of China Turkmenistan cooperation in the field of education under the the Belt and Road framework.Editor/Yang Meiling
