On June 19, 2024, Gao Ling, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Yunda shares, made a special trip to the SPIC headquarters in Beijing to visit Liu Mingsheng, Secretary of the Party Group and Chairman of SPIC. The two sides held an exchange meeting on further deepening strategic cooperation in the field of new energy. Ju Lisheng and Wang Zichao, Chief Assistants and Chief Engineers of SPIC, Chen Qi, General Manager of Yunda shares, and Cheng Chenguang, Deputy General Manager, attended the meeting.

Liu Mingsheng welcomed Gao Ling's visit and introduced the construction of key new energy projects of SPIC. Liu Mingsheng pointed out that SPIC has thoroughly implemented the strategic decision-making and deployment of the Party Central Committee, accelerated the development and construction of the "Shagohuang" large-scale wind power photovoltaic base and deep-sea offshore wind power projects, and made every effort to promote the green and low-carbon transformation of energy. He said that Yunda shares have been deeply involved in the field of new energy for many years, and the two sides have a good foundation for cooperation and broad space. He hopes to further deepen strategic cooperation in project development, industrial services, scientific and technological innovation, and jointly contribute to the construction of a new power system with new energy as the main body.

Gao Ling reviewed the achievements of the previous cooperation between the two parties, expressed gratitude to SPIC for its trust and support, and expressed confidence in the future cooperation between the two parties. She also introduced the development achievements of Yunda in 2023 and the key plans for 2024. She said that SPIC is a very important strategic partner of Yunda, and hoped that the two parties would use their respective resources and jointly empower each other to carry out more pragmatic cooperation in the fields of new energy development, joint scientific research, international business, and diversified industries.
