On July 11, 2024, with the roar of salutes and the roar of machinery, the groundbreaking ceremony of Chifeng City Tienan Street East Link Project was grandly opened in Dongshan Industrial Park, Chifeng High-tech Zone, Inner Mongolia, marking the official start of this major infrastructure construction project.

As a key link in the comprehensive transportation planning of Chifeng City and an important horizontal in the eleven vertical and ten horizontal road network system, the strategic position of this project is self-evident. It starts from Development Avenue in the east and ends at Nanshan 9th Road in the west. It is about 6 kilometers long and the red line width is 40 meters. It is like a giant dragon running across the east and west, closely connecting Hongshan Industrial Park, Dongshan Industrial Park, and Yuanbaoshan Industrial Park, and seamlessly connecting with the urban area, building a well-connected transportation network.

The construction content of this project is rich and diverse, covering traffic engineering, street lighting, pipeline laying, bridge and culvert construction, greening and beautification, etc., with a total cost of 212 million yuan. This is not only a comprehensive upgrade of urban infrastructure, but also a precise move in the future urban development blueprint.

With the rapid development of Hongshan Industrial Park, Dongshan Industrial Park, and Yuanbaoshan Industrial Park in the High-tech Zone, and the successive entry of heavyweight projects such as "two coppers and two aluminums", the eastern industrial economic zone of Chifeng is rising at an unprecedented speed. The rapid growth of logistics, traffic, and passenger flow has put forward a more urgent demand for road construction. The implementation of the East Link Project of Tienan Street in Chifeng City is based on this practical demand.
