The outline of the 15th Five Year Plan clearly states to accelerate the comprehensive green transformation of the economy and society, and for the first time, the development of far-reaching offshore wind power has been included in the regulations. In the waters of western Guangdong, the world's largest capacity sea breeze project is entering a period of concentrated construction, with 8 installation ships working simultaneously to hoist giant blades at a height of 100 meters. In the next five years, China's offshore wind power installed capacity will exceed 100 million kilowatts, driving the explosion of over trillion level industrial chains such as wind turbines, offshore equipment, and high-end submarine cables.

With the establishment of offshore wind power, nuclear power, and the Three North Wind and Power Base, the proportion of non fossil energy power generation will reach about 50% around 2030, and the cumulative carbon emissions per unit of GDP will decrease by 17%. In the process of increasing green and reducing carbon emissions, new employment channels have been fully opened up, and more than 200 universities have added dual carbon majors. Green craftsmen such as carbon footprint analysts have emerged. From zero carbon factories to green trade, the scale of green and low-carbon industries will exceed 20 trillion yuan, injecting strong green momentum into high-quality development.Editor/Cheng Liting
