On July 28, 2024, the first fan of Changan Electric Power Wangquze 100MW wind power project, independently constructed by Changan Electric Power Jingbian New Energy Technology Co., LTD., was completed.

The project is located in and around Wangquzeh Town, Jingbian County, Yulin City, Shaanxi Province, with a total investment of 582 million yuan, a total installed capacity of 100MW, 16 wind turbines with a single capacity of 6.25MW, and a supporting 110kV booster station, which has good economic, environmental and social benefits. It will play a positive role in promoting the transformation of energy structure and economic development in the surrounding areas.

The project selected Vision EN200-6250-115 model, rated power 6.25MW, impeller diameter of 200 meters, blade length of 97 meters, sweep area of 31400 square meters, equivalent to the size of 4 standard football fields. Under normal operation, a single fan can generate 9Kw·h per rotation. The fan tower is made of steel tower barrel, the height is 115 meters, and it is divided into four sections, and the whole is shaped like a cone table.

The completion of the hoisting of the first fan means that the project has officially entered the installation stage of the fan equipment, laying a solid foundation for the subsequent installation of the fan and the overall grid-connected power generation. This hoisting not only verified the technical feasibility and stability of the vision EN200-6250-115 model selected for the project and its supporting equipment, but also provided valuable experience and demonstration for the subsequent installation of the fan.Editor/Zhang Liyuan
