In September 2024, the first batch of 8 suction tube jackets will be shipped from here to Danzhou, Hainan.

The advancement speed of Huadian Blue water Marine energy equipment manufacturing project is remarkable, which not only realizes the efficient leap from landing to construction to production, but also sets a new benchmark in the project configuration at home and abroad. According to project manager Li Penghui, the 2400-ton portal delivery crane and 20,000-ton one-stop delivery port pool introduced by the project represent the top technical level in the industry, and their unprecedented efficient delivery capacity is the first in China and even in the world. With the successful completion of the installation and commissioning of 2,400 tons of gantry crane on May 8 this year, the project officially entered the trial production stage, indicating that this innovative configuration is about to show off in actual operation.

Huadian Blue water Marine energy equipment manufacturing project has been successfully signed in September 2022, and the project broke ground in March 2023. At present, 90% of the land construction has been completed, 50% of the construction progress of the sea area has been completed, and the renovation of the office area and accommodation area is being stepped up. It is expected to be fully put into operation in September, and the project construction and operation speed is far beyond expectations.

As the first project settled and put into operation in the Tieshan Gang Huadian Marine Energy Equipment Manufacturing Park, Huadian Blue Water Marine Energy Equipment Manufacturing Project plans to build a research and development and manufacturing base for high-end Marine engineering equipment such as wind power tower, jacket, steel pipe pile, offshore boost station, converter station, floating foundation, ocean ranch, large-scale oil and gas offshore extraction platform equipment. The total investment of the project is about 3.5 billion yuan, the project land is about 862.86 mu, and the annual output value is expected to reach 3 billion yuan and the tax revenue is 130 million yuan. After the completion of the project, it will become the domestic large-scale offshore oil and gas platform and offshore wind power equipment category of the most complete production base, the largest annual output, but also the largest single offshore wind power equipment manufacturing base in China.
