The National Energy Group Ningdong Renewable Hydrogen Carbon Emission Reduction Demonstration Zone Project was constructed by the Ningxia Branch of the National Energy Group Guohua Investment (Hydrogen Energy Company) and will be implemented in two phases. The total investment in the first phase of the project is about 190 million yuan, including 2 hydrogen production plants with a hydrogen production capacity of 4,500 tons/year, and 2 hydrogenation stations with a hydrogenation capacity of 4 tons/day, with an annual hydrogen production of approximately 1,428.6 tons. The second phase of the project is a supporting demonstration project for the National Heavy Industry 1.1. It plans to build a 1,697 tons/year hydrogen production plant with an investment of approximately 390 million yuan.
