On August 30, 2024, with the successful drilling of the first pile of the China Railway Tenth Bureau at the project site of the Precision Manufacturing Industrial Park in Inner Mongolia and Lingel New Area, the project officially kicked off the construction of the project, marking its full entry into the substantive construction stage.

The Inner Mongolia Industrial Park project is located in Yungu District, Helinger New District, with a planned construction period of 730 calendar days, covering an area of about 34,000 square meters, with a total construction area of about 33,000 square meters, including 22,630.66 square meters of above-ground construction area and 10,340.92 square meters of underground construction area. The main construction content of the project is precision instrument manufacturing plant, R&D center, production process supporting and supporting outdoor engineering, of which production and R&D is a clean environment with constant temperature and humidity all underground, and the above-ground building is an administrative office and sales display.

The project is close to the Dandai River, and the architectural shape is based on the design concept of the Dandai Pearl, with a circular plan, and the soft architectural outline is integrated with the surrounding beautiful natural landscapes, like a bright pearl, attached to the Dandai River, forming a unique cultural landmark.

The construction of the project involves the main structure, building decoration, building water supply, building electrical, intelligent building, building energy saving, outdoor engineering, landscape greening engineering and other most of the housing construction engineering majors, which need multi-point, multi-line, multi-surface parallel operation, there are a large number of process crossings between the various specialties within the district, point and surface, and there are also interfaces with landscape greening engineering, intelligent engineering and other specialties, and the process intersection is complex, and it is difficult to coordinate.

The project is a scientific and technological breakthrough project in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, with tight construction period, high quality requirements and heavy construction tasks. Since entering the site, the project department has taken the initiative to actively communicate effectively with local governments, owners, design and other units, carefully planned and scientifically organized, and completed the expert demonstration of the special plan for the excavation, support and precipitation engineering of the deepest foundation pit in the region in only 8 days, and quickly completed the preliminary preparations such as temporary construction of the site and construction of water and electricity, so as to gain favorable time for the construction of the supporting structure.

In order to ensure the smooth drilling of the first pile, the project department formulated a special construction plan, strengthened on-site standardized management, strengthened safety technology disclosure, and coordinated the supply of materials. During the drilling process, technical personnel were arranged to supervise the whole process, do a good job in on-site safety and quality control, and successfully completed the first pile drilling work, which played an exemplary role in the next large-scale construction of pile foundation.

After the completion of the Mongolia Industrial Park project, it will become a comprehensive platform jointly built by the Hohhot Municipal Government, Xi'an Jiaotong University, China Institute of Metrology, Aerospace Science and Technology Group and other top scientific research forces, integrating large scientific devices for aerospace cross-scale measurement datums, cutting-edge scientific research centers and high-performance grating production. This project not only fills the gap in Inner Mongolia and Hohhot in the industrialization of large scientific devices and high-performance gratings in the field of aerospace measurement, but also demonstrates the municipal government's firm determination to actively respond to the development strategy of the autonomous region, accelerate the cultivation of new quality productivity, and promote high-quality economic development.
