The preliminary work of the project has been approved for construction by Sinopec Xinxing Petroleum Co., Ltd. in response to the request for the third batch of preliminary work for the Ulanqab Green Hydrogen Project. The project owner is Sinopec Xinxing (Inner Mongolia) West Hydrogen East Transmission New Energy Co., Ltd. The construction funds come from bank loans and self raised by the enterprise. The project investment ratio is 70% bank loans and 30% self raised by the enterprise. The tenderer is Sinopec Xinxing (Inner Mongolia) West Hydrogen East Transmission New Energy Co., Ltd., and the bidding agency is Sinopec Group Tendering Co., Ltd. Beijing Branch.
