On the morning of September 11, 2024, China Energy Engineering Corporation and Power Beacon Renewable Solutions of the Philippines signed the EPC contract for the Saint Quentin 400MW wind power project.
The project is located in San Quintin, Pangasinan Province, Luzon Island, Philippines. The contract scope includes EPC work such as access road, wind turbine foundation design and construction, wind turbine supply, transportation and installation.
