Recently, the new energy and nuclear fusion equipment production base project of Holley Juneng was officially signed and started construction, with a total investment of up to 1.1 billion yuan, marking a solid step in the field of clean energy. As a leader in the field of clean energy applications, Holley Juneng focuses on tailor-made high-end equipment for the fourth generation of nuclear power, controlled nuclear fusion, environmental protection materials, hydrogen metallurgy and advanced clean chemical energy, and its products and services have been recognized globally, and have established solid cooperative relations with the world's top enterprises, and successfully achieved groundbreaking breakthroughs in multiple downstream markets.

As the solid backing of Shanghai Electric Nuclear Power Group, Holley Juneng is not only a key manufacturer of its large-scale scientific research facilities such as fast reactors and fusion reactors, but also a model of long-term cooperation between the two sides. Liu Yong, chief scientist of China National Nuclear Corporation, emphasized that nuclear fusion, as one of the most powerful forms of energy in the universe, releases amazing energy through deuterium-tritium reaction, and has great potential, with the advantages of abundant resources, high safety and excellent energy efficiency, and is regarded as the ultimate solution to the future energy crisis.

However, achieving controlled fusion is not an easy task, and it involves complex magnetic confinement techniques that require extreme high temperatures. At present, the development of nuclear fusion reactors faces three core challenges: how to stabilize the combustion of plasma, develop radiation-resistant materials, and realize the breeding and self-sustaining cycle of tritium. In the face of these technical barriers, domestic and foreign scientific research institutions are actively planning coping strategies and have made some progress, generally aiming to achieve commercialization by 2050.

As a representative of cutting-edge technology, nuclear fusion technology has become an important field of international competition, and governments around the world attach great importance to it, and China is no exception. The government has seen fusion as a key direction for the future of the energy industry, and the SASAC made it clear last year that it supports it. Although the research and development of nuclear fusion technology is full of uncertainties, it is this unknown and challenge that stimulates the infinite possibilities of scientific and technological progress.
