The project is invested and constructed by Xinjiang Zhunchuang Technology Investment Co., Ltd., with a total investment of over 1 billion yuan. It covers the construction of hydrogen production facilities, the establishment of 9 hydrogen refueling stations, and comprehensive supporting facilities, covering the complete industrial chain from electrolysis, treatment, storage to terminal refueling.
