Recently, the XPCC sub-district in Xinjiang Khorgos Economic Development Zone held a grand groundbreaking ceremony for a major project of Xinjiang Ruitan Energy Technology Co., Ltd., which focuses on the production of battery anode materials with an annual output of 100,000 tons.
As the core investment attraction highlight of the region in 2024, the project will cost up to 3 billion yuan, with a vast planned land area and a total area of 196 acres.
The project is carefully planned to be implemented in two phases, with the first phase expected to be successfully completed and put into operation in May 2025, which is expected to generate annual sales revenue of RMB1.5 billion and significantly boost local employment, with more than 300 workers expected to be employed.Editor/Jiang Mingyue
