On September 20, 2024, Xianning High-tech Zone held a grand launching ceremony for major projects in the third quarter of 2024, and the main venue was located at the construction site of Qinfeng New Materials Project, marking the official opening of a new round of development boom.

In the third quarter of 2024, Xianning High-tech Zone has launched a total of 25 major projects with a total investment scale of 5.25 billion yuan, including 11 projects with an investment of more than 100 million yuan, covering many key areas such as high-end equipment manufacturing, green new energy, cutting-edge new materials, life and health technology, infrastructure upgrading and improvement of people's livelihood and well-being. The groundbreaking of this series of projects will undoubtedly inject strong impetus into the high-tech zone, accelerate the optimization and upgrading of its industrial structure, and lead it to the fast lane of high-quality development with innovation-driven as the core.

As one of the highlights of the groundbreaking activity, Ruan Guoqiao, chairman of Hubei Qinfeng New Materials Co., Ltd., shared their grand blueprint: the total investment of the project reached 1 billion yuan, and it is committed to building a leading polyurethane foam material production base and R&D center in China, covering an area of 150 acres, and the construction area is spectacular, about 150,000 square meters. After the project is completed and put into operation, it is expected to achieve an annual output value of 800 million yuan, an annual tax contribution of 50 million yuan, and create at least 250 high-quality jobs for the society, showing strong potential for economic and social benefits.
