Recently, Wuhan City, Hubei Province ushered in the centralized launch of major projects in the third quarter of 2024, among which Hanyang District is particularly eye-catching, with a total of 32 major projects launched with a total investment scale of 15.4 billion yuan. These projects cover a wide range of modern service industries, infrastructure construction, people's livelihood improvement and many other fields, including 7 modern service industry projects, 11 infrastructure upgrading projects, 2 people's livelihood and welfare projects and 12 other important projects.

Hanyang District specially selected the Hanyang Fishery plot as the branch venue, highlighting the first trend of its urban renewal strategy. Located in a prime location on the west side of Jiangdi Middle Road and north of Ink Lake South Road, the site is planned to be built into a unique exquisite complex and community vitality core in the second ring road of Hanyang District, with a total investment of 1.179 billion yuan, heralding a new chapter in regional development.

At the same time, Wuhan Institute of Metrology, Testing and Verification has also built a new comprehensive building for people's livelihood at the intersection of Miliang Road and the planned Golden Ring Road in Hanyang District, aiming to improve the ability of professional metrology, testing and scientific research services, and inject scientific and technological impetus into regional development.

In addition, in the third quarter, Hanyang District also launched the remaining 30 key projects, including the digital empowerment service platform for the pharmaceutical industry and the development of the Gaosen plot, showing a strong development momentum and diversified investment layout.

Hanyang District is making every effort to promote land development, project reserves and funds at the same time, and the results have been remarkable. In the first three quarters, the total number of projects started has reached 53, and the total investment has climbed to 29.55 billion yuan, an increase of 60% and 14% year-on-year respectively.
