Recently, CSCEC has launched a number of key engineering projects, including the Zhongxin Huantai 2.6 million tons/year coke coal coking polygeneration project in Xinjiang. With a total investment of RMB 5.176 billion, the project is planned to be constructed in two phases, covering coking production and deep processing of chemical products, aiming to build a wide range of clean energy supply networks and provide strong support for the construction of new landmarks and livelihood services in the city.

The project is located in Xinxing City, the 13th Division of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, covering an extensive area with a total construction area of 800,000 square meters. A new coke production line with an annual capacity of 2.6 million tonnes will be built and equipped with a drum cooling system, a circulating water system, an integrated tank farm system and a series of ancillary utilities to ensure a smooth and efficient production process.

Once the project is fully completed and put into operation, it is expected to produce 2.6 million tons of coke, 200,000 tons of liquefied natural gas and 70,000 tons of synthetic ammonia per year, so as to achieve clean and efficient use of coal resources and promote the optimization and upgrading of the local energy structure.Editor/Jiang Mingyue
