The results of the 10th International Energy Storage Innovation Competition were announced, and Tigstor was successfully selected as one of the "Top 10 Innovative Models for Energy Storage Applications in 2026" with its participation in the China Electric Power Jingu Pianguan Hybrid Energy Storage Frequency Modulation Power Station project.

This project is located in Pianguan, Shanxi Province. It is the world's largest single unit scale and the first 100 megawatt level supercapacitor hybrid independent frequency regulation power station in China. It is also the second batch of green and low-carbon advanced technology demonstration projects by the National Development and Reform Commission and the first major technical equipment demonstration project in the energy field of Shanxi Province. The project has a total installed capacity of 100MW and adopts a hybrid architecture of 58MW/30s supercapacitor energy storage system and 42MW/42MWh lithium battery system independently developed by Tigstor. Tigstor provides the core technology, key equipment, and integrated solution for the entire station, achieving 100% autonomy from electrode materials, individual manufacturing to system integration.
As a national level specialized and innovative key "little giant" enterprise, and the leading supercapacitor enterprise in terms of shipment volume of medium and large capacity supercapacitors, the current era has built a full range of technical capabilities from core materials, monomers, modules to system integration.
