The total investment of the project is 149 million yuan, and it is planned to carry out the overall reconstruction of 31.61 kilometers of channels in the upper section of the main trunk canal in the west of Heihe. The renovation includes the renewal of the canal system and buildings, the construction of the channel road, and the construction of new management systems such as automatic gate opening and closing, automatic flow measurement, and unmanned channel inspection.
