CHINT Solar is a representative of photovoltaic equipment companies going overseas to the Middle East. In 2017, CHINT Solar took the Oman photovoltaic project as a starting point and successfully entered the Middle East market. Since then, CHINT Solar has successively won the UAE 1.2GW photovoltaic bracket project, Saudi Arabia 1.7GW bracket project, etc., and gradually became the main photovoltaic bracket supplier in the region, with a market share of more than 50%.While continuing to cultivate the local market, CHINT Solar began to deploy localized production. In April 2024, CHINT Solar signed a land lease agreement with the Saudi Industrial City and Technology Zone Authority, planning to invest in the construction of a production base in Jeddah. The base has now been completed. Official data shows that with the dual support of localized production capacity and CHINT Solar's global supply chain, the Jeddah production base has a delivery capacity of 10GW in the Middle East.Editor/Zhao E
