This new factory will be located within the 200000 square meter "Riyadh Integrated" park operated by the Special Integrated Logistics Zone (SILZ). The factory will focus on producing laptops, desktops, and servers made in Saudi Arabia, with an expected annual production capacity of millions of units. The design, construction, and operation of the factory follow high sustainability standards and are committed to achieving environmentally friendly production.

This celebration event was held after shareholders and regulatory authorities approved the completion of the transaction, which was officially announced on January 8, 2025, involving a $2 billion investment (through a three-year zero coupon convertible bond).
