Recently, Arabian Construction Company LLC has won the bid for the Design Quarter project in Dubai Design District, which is being developed by Meraas, a well-known real estate developer in the United Arab Emirates. The project contract is worth more than 2 billion United Arab Emirates dirhams, approximately equivalent to 550 million US dollars, and is expected to be completed by the middle of 2027. The Design Quarter project consists of 558 apartments distributed across three buildings, including a low-rise building and two high-rise towers, all situated on a landscaped elevated platform. This elevated platform will serve as the social center for residents, connecting the residential towers, and is equipped with a variety of public facilities, including co-working spaces, indoor and outdoor gyms, swimming pool facilities, barbecue areas, and entertainment areas suitable for children's activities. This project is the first residential community within the Dubai Design District (d3), which is at the forefront of Dubai's fashion scene.

The Dubai Design District (d3 for short) is a creative ecosystem in Dubai specifically created for the design, fashion, and cultural community. It brings together startups, entrepreneurs, as well as international design, luxury, and fashion brands. Established in 2013, this district aims to boost the development of Dubai's creative industries and attract top global talents and enterprises. d3 offers world-class commercial facilities, including modern office spaces, design studios, retail stores, art galleries, and dining venues. As a free zone, enterprises are exempt from corporate income tax and can also enjoy the tax exemption policy for imported equipment and goods, which is conducive to the cost control and profit growth of enterprises.

Founded in 1967 and headquartered in Abu Dhabi, the United Arab Emirates, Arabian Construction Company (ACC) is publicly known as a private family-owned enterprise. After years of development, ACC has established a solid market position in the Middle East and North Africa region. Its business scope covers engineering projects in high-rise buildings, commercial complexes, infrastructure, and the energy sector.

Meraas is a well-known holding company headquartered in Dubai. Founded in 2007, it has a wide range of investment and development projects in various industries such as real estate, retail, hospitality, food and beverage, leisure and entertainment, and healthcare.
