The CPF (Components Production Factory) of FinDreams Battery has been dedicated to R&D of high-voltage DC relays since 2005, expanded to film capacitors and fuses in 2007, and established a power distribution box production line in 2019. These products were among the first to be applied in new energy vehicles and are widely used in new energy industries such as charging piles and energy storage, as well as industrial high-voltage equipment.  

At this exhibition, the CPF factory highlighted power distribution boxes for passenger vehicles (BDU) and commercial vehicles (PDU):

Commercial Vehicle 4.5th Generation Plus Controller

Designed for multi-branch systems, it supports OTA remote upgrades with a self-developed 4G communication module, enables 4-gun charging, adopts a self-developed high-precision SOX algorithm, and features rich interface resources, supporting 8-channel temperature detection and 12-channel low-side relay control. It has become one of the mainstream products in commercial vehicle applications and is currently widely used in multi-branch projects such as heavy trucks and construction machinery for domestic and foreign customers.  

Industrial and Commercial Energy Storage BASU 1500V System

Supporting a wide voltage platform of 100-1500V and a maximum continuous current of 800A, the entire package is certified to IEC62616 and EN62477 standards. Using automotive-grade high-precision SOX algorithms and rich peripherals, it can communicate with PCS, EMS, electricity meters, etc., successfully assisting the implementation of industrial and commercial energy storage projects in overseas markets such as Europe and Australia.
